At Ersham House, we understand the importance of staff training. We have a thorough induction process for all staff and our staff complete a robust mandatory training programme involving over 24 different courses & competencies.

We are committed to the highest standards and all care & nursing staff within the home will be appropriately trained to deliver the highest standards of care.

 

A continuous staff training programme is being implemented to ensure that these high standards are maintained in line with the latest initiatives and developments in care practices.

 

We have in-house specialist trainers who complement the external training our staff undertake. We are thus able to ensure competent, committed and well trained staff who understands the needs of all people in our care.
